In general I do not accept returns of any sort on any item. Especially on made to order custom patchwork hats. If you are wanting a refund email me directly and we can discuss it on a case by case basis. Please understand I am an individual business owner not a large corporation. Returns affect me differently so please be sure about purchases before processing payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
